My doula services include:
2 Prenatal Visits, at which I will
- Help you develop a birth plan.
- Help you with relaxation/coping techniques to use for labor management.
- Answer any questions you may have regarding things such as early labor signs, breastfeeding, infant care, etc.
- Supply you with any resources and or information you may need.
*Additional prenatal visits can be arranged for a small fee.
E-mail & phone support
- From the time I'm hired I will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Support during your labor which includes
- I will be on call 24 hrs a day starting 2 weeks before your due date until you deliver.
- Continuous support throughout your entire labor.
- Helping you feel as comfortable as possible.
- Assisting you with breastfeeding immediately after delivery.
1 postpartum visit where
- We can discuss your feelings about your birthing experience.
- I can help with breastfeeding if needed.
- I can answer any questions you may have.
- Supply you with any resources and or information you may need.
*Additional postpartum visits can be arranged for a small fee.
Fees
- I am working towards certification and will be doing my certification births for a reduced fee! Fee will be based upon your income level and my travel/childcare expenses.
